British Racing Motors were very proud to have taken part in the second Concours on Savile Row on the 24th and 25th May in the heart of London’s Mayfair.
Chassis IV hit the red carpet for the two-day event amongst some of the great and the good in the fashion and motorsport world. In a collaboration with renowned British fashion designer Ozwald Boateng, the seat of the V16 was redesigned using Ozwald’s beautiful fabric which drew even more attention to the car.
Paul Owen and Simon Owen of BRM were interviewed on stage to talk about The Reawakening project and with the engine cover off, the P15 truly stood out and was admired by the thousands of people who attended the event. Richard Hammond, former Top Gear presenter and now running his own classic car restoration business, suggested the BRM V16 would be ‘terrifying to drive’!
With some stunning cars on show at the event, the V16 was certainly one of the most photographed and admired cars, coming 3rd in the people’s vote!
